Thomas Shannon, Founder, Chairman, CEO

Thomas F. Shannon is the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Lucky Strike Entertainment. Over nearly three decades, he has redefined bowling and social entertainment by blending hospitality, nightlife, technology, food and beverage, and immersive guest experiences into a category-leading brand.

Known for his entrepreneurial instinct, disciplined growth strategy, and ability to identify overlooked opportunities, Shannon has built a company generating more than a billion dollars in annual revenue. His leadership continues to position Lucky Strike Entertainment at the forefront of modern experiential leisure, creating destinations that bring people together through entertainment, competition, dining, and social connection.
